BLEDINGTON BLUE CHEESE \u2013 Made by hand on our farm, our organic Bledington Blue cheese is made with the non-homogenised milk from our own cows for a rich, piquant flavour and a soft, creamy texture.<\/p>

MINI PENYSTON \u2013 Our Organic Penyston Brie is a mild and creamy soft cheese made using the organic milk from our grass-pastured Gloucester and Friesian cattle. Penyston is mould-ripened for at least five weeks to create a rich, buttery flavour which becomes earthy and slightly mushroomy with age.<\/p>

RAW MILK SINGLE GLOUCESTER, 250g \u2013 Single Gloucester is made from the milk of Gloucester cattle, reared in Gloucester. Our single Gloucester cheese has a fresh, delicate, buttery taste.<\/p>

CHEDDAR, 250g \u2013 The rich, non-homogenised, organic milk from our pedigree herds of British Friesians goes straight into the creamery, where we make our artisan cheeses by hand.
